Our mentorship program is limited to 12 students and applications will be reviewed in the order they are received.
Here's how the program works:
→ We'll kick off the mentorship at the end of January with a live group call where we'll tell you exactly what to expect from the program before diving right into our first lessons. You'll also get access to our booking links to schedule your private sessions, an invitation to join our private Facebook group, and a straightforward homework assignment to complete before your February session so we can conduct your business audit accurately and effectively. Group sessions will continue monthly throughout 2024 and will be held on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings Eastern Time so that you have the opportunity to attend some sessions live no matter where you are in the world. All group calls will be recorded and you'll have access to them for life.
→ In February you'll meet with Mariska and Meghann for the full business audit where we'll identify your strengths, determine the areas where you can improve, and lay out a plan of action to help you achieve specific goals by the end of the program. This mentorship is set up to deliver tangible results so you walk away with real, meaningful benefits for yourself, your clients and your business. Your business audit will be recorded and you'll have access to it for life.
→ Your private sessions will start in March, and you can schedule them whenever it’s convenient for you. Sessions are scheduled via Zoom, with the option to meet with Meghann or Mariska in person at their home studios in New Jersey and Washington, DC. Your sessions will be tailored to your specific challenges and goals, and will be designed to give you the knowledge and support you need to take action on the objectives we outline together during your audit. You will have a customized plan based on your specific needs, wants and desires, and you must complete your private sessions by the end of 2024 so that we can keep you accountable and make sure you're making progress towards your objectives. All private sessions will be recorded and you'll have access to them for life.
→ You will have unlimited email access to Mariska, Meghann and Erika throughout the duration of the program. That means you can contact us directly anytime during 2024 if you have questions about your clients, want clarifications about your objectives and tasks, or need support or motivation to keep making progress towards your goals. Many high level coaches charge thousands of dollars per month for personal and direct coaching, so this benefit alone is worth the full cost of the program.

COURSE & REGISTRATION DETAILS
• The 12-month program starts Saturday, January 20, 2024 and runs through December 2024.
• The program is limited to 12 students so that each mentee gets plenty of personal care and attention.
• The program includes 12 live small group lectures, 14 1-on-1 private sessions, 1 business audit & analysis, 1 sales & marketing audit & analysis, and unlimited email support.
• Live virtual group meetings will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6-8pm and Saturday mornings from 11am-1pm so that every mentee has the opportunity to attend some sessions live, even if you are in a different time zone. You will receive the full schedule upon enrollment.
• Private sessions will be booked based on our availability and what is most convenient for your schedule. Weekday and weekend sessions will be available.
• Recordings of all group and private sessions are provided and are yours to keep for life.

Who is this mentorship for?
This course is designed for instructors who are successful but want to level up their expertise, income, recognition and respect in the movement industry.
When is this mentorship offered?
This is a 12-month mentorship that begins in late January and runs through December 2024.
What if I can't attend one or more of the group meetings live?
No worries. All group and private sessions will be recorded and sent to you to keep. You can book your private sessions based on your own schedule.
How long do I have to book my private sessions?
You have a full calendar year to use your private sessions and we'll provide both weekday and weekend options to accommodate various schedules. We highly recommend sticking with a monthly schedule so we can help you stay accountable and make sure you're making progress towards your goals.
How much time does this require?
This mentorship definitely takes time and focus, but the good news is that this program is designed to help you succeed with step-by-step processes and accountability check-ins that will give you the support and motivation you need to do it. You can expect to spend about 4 hours per month on group coaching and private session calls, and you will find yourself working our lessons and advice into your day-to-day business planning, client sessions and marketing initiatives (in a way that actually saves you time!). And remember, we will be available to you for support whenever you need it. We know that successful practitioners can be very busy with work and personal obligations so you will not be bogged down with tons of homework and there will be NO busy work — we will only be tackling the most important topics that will truly help you move the dial in your business and your life.
What if I don't want to create a course or workshop? Is this mentorship still for me?
Absolutely. At the beginning of this mentorship we will work with you to define YOUR goals, and we'll customize your mentorship plan to meet them. While that might include creating a workshop or product, it could also look like increasing your revenue, franchising or selling your studio, moving your practice to all virtual sessions, streamlining your business processes so you can work fewer hours while making more money... the possibilities are endless and are only limited by your imagination!

I'm hesitant about the cost of this program. Is it really worth it?
This mentorship is designed to deliver tangible results and incredible value. You will have direct access to both Mariska and Meghann for the duration of the program and during the mentorship we will share the most important and impactful lessons we've learned throughout our 40 years of combined experience. In essence, we are sharing our life's work with you so you can improve your skills and grow your business by leaps and bounds in just one year. Our past mentees have made shifts that have delivered revenue and value that has equaled and in many cases greatly exceeded the cost of the program. In other words: this mentorship should more than pay for itself.
Is the cost of this program tax deductible?
Yes! The fees for this program are a qualified business expense.
Do you offer any discounts?
We do not offer any discounts on our mentorship program. We have priced it very competitively for the value you receive from the teachings and the personal support you receive. We do offer a payment plan to help you spread out the cost over the course of the year.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer any refunds on our mentorship program (nor have we ever received a request for one).
How do applications work?
This program is capped at 12 students, and applications are reviewed and accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Not every applicant will be accepted because space is limited. We take great care to make sure that each mentee is a good fit so that you get the most out of the offerings and that the whole group gels together well because we've found that it leads to a better quality experience for everyone. If you are not accepted, we encourage you to apply for a future program. If you are accepted, we will notify you via email within 48 hours of your application date and will send you a link to select your preferred payment option and make your first payment to secure your spot in the program.
